Most yogurts with flavors are very rich in sugar. Many of them contain up to 25 grams of sugar, more than one donut. If you do not want to consume a lot of sugar, you better avoid yoghurt with flavors and fruits, and prefer pure Greek yogurt, to which you can add fruits, nuts or a teaspoon of honey.
